Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for poetry. He comes with more than two decades of experience in the IT industry. Throughout his career, Kumar has collaborated with numerous clients across Asia and Europe. Before joining Alpha 20 Group, he dedicated his time to mentoring and assisting startups in establishing their businesses and securing initial funding from venture capitalists. Outside of work, Kumar volunteers with various non-profit organizations, contributing to their philanthropic endeavors.

Ganesh is widely recognized for his strong and close relationships with customers. With almost two decades of experience in service delivery for the banking and financial services sectors, he has exceptional skills in building, motivating and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
Ganesh has previously worked as an application lead developer for prestigious financial institutions such as MUFG, UBS and HSBC in New York, Singapore, and Pune.
Ganesh holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Pune University. He has also received leadership training from Dale Carnegie in New York.
