SAFe® RTE – Release Train Engineer
SAFe® RTE is a chief scrum master or chief Servant Leader for an ART. RTE is a mindset that can cement various roles / personalities in the organization to build great products / solutions in lean-agile way to cater to the changing market. RTE role is exciting with a lot of facilitation and interaction with people in the organization. This course talks about both personality aspects and techniques that an RTE should posses to successful drive the train. Learners will understand the required behaviors and reasons behind those behaviors as an RTE. Learners also understand the techniques that shall be applied in each ART event. This course is both fun and informative with a lot of hands-on exercises.
Facilitating Agile Release Trains
Unique to SAFe®, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) is part of the trio of leaders, including product managers and system architects. This is critical in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value. The RTE must create the right environment, have the right conversations, facilitate the right meetings, and gather the right people to make decisions based on the right data.
In the SAFe® RTE course, you’ll learn to execute SAFe and continuously improve PI Planning and other vital SAFe events.
